Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
In the beginning, after being influenced by the shadows she observed in the grasses of trees, she worked for months to develop a technique which did not depict an object as a two-dimensional image. It is more like the object has been transformed into its own reproduction, and the surface takes on the artist's interpretation. This works best when working with living things as well as items that have a shelf life like people or fruits. The transient nature of her painterly style is obvious and what remains of Alexa Meade's work is the photographs. Trompe l'oeil is achieved through the combination of two methods of painting and photographing. The result is two-dimensional flattened photograph. Meade sometimes incorporates painted models within the surrounding space. They are able to interact with this world that she created. This eliminates the distinctions between painting, photography and installation.
